Counter-notice
If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice including your signature, identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed in error, your contact information, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in Arizona. We may restore the material unless the original complainant files a court action.
Repeat infringers
We will, in appropriate circumstances, remove content and restrict or terminate access for users or sources who are repeat infringers.
Good-faith and misuse
Submitting a false claim of infringement, or a false counter-notice, may expose you to liability. Please be sure of your rights before sending a notice.
